I would use a super...but I still leak....and I really dont know why the blood would still leak thru a super tampon...I hate it cause it always stains my underwear.....

I and several of my friends had the same problem in our teenage years. Seems it's not uncommon for girls to bleed quite heavily during the first few years of having their periods. However, it usually lessens over time.

Wearing a thin pad or panty-liner can be helpful in preventing leakage through to your clothes. A good trick is, after a 3 hours or so, go to the toilet and gently tug on the tampon. If it moves easily (cos it's full and therefore slippery), it's time for a change.

However, if you are finding you need to change super tampons every two hours, do go see your doctor: there may be nothing wrong, but that's is an unusual amount of blood to lose, and it's worth checking it out.

Sounds like you are a really heavy bleeder during your periods. Try a super plus. The only thing you can do to avoid leakage is change them more often. Like if they leak after 3 hours, then change them in 2 1/2 hours, that is my only advice.

or perhaps a tampon pad combo when you really need it. hope this helps

Try Super Plus and wear those really thin pads.
You def won't notice it's there! (:
I would also stay away from pain medications that help with cramping like aspirin and motrin. They thin out your blood and will make you bleed more.

if you soak your tampon more oftain than every two hours, go see your doctor, there could be a problem. if not, i'd just recomend changeing more oftain.
