Am I the only one boobs hurt everytime my period is about to come?!

mine do it too, but Ive found that if I lay off the salt and start taking ibuprofin the days leading up to the start of my period that my boobs dont swell as much and arent as tender. also helps with bloating and cramps.
Nope, you're not the only one, it's extremely common. Mine swell up and hurt the week before my period.
it happens to me every once in a while. ibeuprofen is the way to go!

Nope you aint the only one. That's completely normal & yeah, I hate it too. It's your body preparing itself for pregnancy. Wait till you get preggers & your boobs are sore the entire 9 mos!

Yes my boobs hurt very much at the moment course I'm coming on. It's a nightmare and as a woman part of being one. I hate periods. Go see your DR and ask about it he may be able to suggest supplements. Good luck and please be reassured. XXX
same problem here....gets worse as i get older. my dr told me it was because of too much caffeine , but sadly i haven't been able to give the stuff up to see if it works or not!
