Why is that my breasts hurt?!

Question: like when i run or do something involving me to jump they hurt
i figured wearing a really tight bra would help, but i'm not sure if that will help

Well your breasts will hurt when it's almost time for your period so this may be the cause. Also, if this continues, you may need to see your dr. You could have an infected/inflammed lymph node. This will cause them to get really sore and you will need some antibiotics to help this problem.. Just play it by ear and if it continues, see your dr.. have a great day!

you probably need a more supportive bra, also when your breast are growing they are tender and they get tender right before your period.
