It sounds like hot flashes, they are caused by a sudden drop in your hormones. I get them a lot and have ever since I reached puberty so don't let people tell you they aren't happening. They can be a sign of other problems so if they really are bothering you tell your parents and see about going to a doctor.

It sounds like hormones. Have you started your period yet? You can get hot any time your hormones are changing, so if you are ovulating, pmsing, or on your period, you can get hot. It happens to me at times too, so its perfectly normal.
it could just be your hormones. you body also produces heat when you are exercising and it causes a burning sensation.
