stick with saline...but i doubt that you will have a choice since you have not had them previously, and are not doing them for reconstructive reasons.
The cost will vary depending on how the implants are inserted. througgh the belley button will cost the most but is the least to tell uinlike the cheaper nipple cut type.
Get a few consultations and see pic before you choose the Dr. Try to speak to a patient who is at the office for a follow up. Don't Over Spend.

Silicon can be dangerous if they leak or rupture, however saline ones are more likely to ripple or go a funny shape. If you talk to a plastic surgeon they can help you decide which is better for you.
There is no best kind. There is only the least worst.
