What causes this ...?!
Question: What causes you to have clots of blood come out when on your period? My period was 2 weeks late , but it finally here but it seems that every time I change my tampon, or go to the bathroom the blood is not like normal, its very clotty with big clots? should i go see my doc about this ? what can cause this ?

I have heard that alot of clots could be caused by anemia. You should get your iron levels checked.
Is your period heavier than normal? I believe clotting happens to try to stop or slow down the blood flow.
