Psyllium is a fiber, you want to make sure she drinks a lot of water, because it expands in your system. She'll probably need quite a few potty breaks and a lot of toilet paper before its all done. How much is too much? If she just did like a double dose or something, it won't be a problem.
I'd be inclined to drink more water and not eat but I'm not sure. Phone the health food store, pharmacist, doctor immediately.
How about an enema?
