Spotting brown blood?!

Question: If there is a dr to answear or anyone else thats will be greet . Its its normal to spot brown blood 1 week to a few days before my peroid or is its bad toxins casuing me to spot. Im not pregent.

its normal. it's just left over blood from your last period.
