I have a little lump under my left nipple?!

Question: I'm a fifteen year old girl, and I've had a very small roundish lump beneath my left nipple since I was maybe twelve or thirteen. It's not visible, and I can only feel it if I press down on it. I'm not surer how to describe the size. Maybe a bit smaller than a skittle? It's not hard, it more feels like its fluid filled, but it is firm. I don't think it's ever changed in size, and it doesn't hurt. I've never seen a doctor about it, and I'm not too worried, but I'm really not looking forward to going to a doctor about it. Any ideas about what it could be? In case this could be useful, I have smallish breasts, I wear a 34B cup. I'm almost 5'7 and very thin, about 106 lb. I doubt it could be cancer, but is that a possibility? And what else could it be? I'm thinking probably a cyst, or something similar, but I thought cysts were supposed to hurt, and don't they generally go away? Thank you.

No, do not worry about this. You said you've had it for about 2 or 3 years, so you would defiently know if it's cancer by now. My guess is that it's just a swollen gland. Do not worry at all.
Hope I helped. :)

Go to the doctor! It's probably benign (not cancerous), but you need to go see a doctor like, yesterday.

Good Luck.

Only Doctors or somebody with a good medical background can really help with your question. That is what there there for, help with anything medical.

I think you may have Breast cancer sad to say. I would go to the doctors cus i could be a tumor or something and you havent devolped enogh for it to grow get it checked now cus cancer can grow and the will probably remove it surgically now rather then going through Keemo. I know you may be worried but it happens and there is nothing you can do about it beside go to the doctors? Do your parents know?

When a lump is found on the breast area it should be examined by a doctor. Sometimes it is benign. But, also as years go buy benign can start showing cancerous cells. Not, saying it happens to everyone. I know someone who had a cyst in their breast. All of the doctors would aspirate it and say it contained no cancerous cells. This year, they found cells in my friends breast. SO, please have it checked, and have it removed.

lol wow. don't listen to the girl who's telling you it might be cancer. Just because someone she knows had it, doesn't mean you do too. If you feel your boobs on the side and stuff there's so many lumps. I really wouldn't worry about it. Breast cancer that young is extremely rare and unlikely. Of course if it bothers you then ask your doctor. But since it's been there since you were 12 or 13 then it's really nothing. Especially if your boobs started developing then. It's when you find any new lumps that you should be worried. But your boobs are still developing, so lumps will happen

Definitely go to a doctor. Cysts don't always hurt but they can grow.Try staying away from caffeine and see if it goes away. Caffeine means chocolate, soda, coffee and tea. GOOD LUCK.
