Hey guys, period question?!

Question: Okay, this is kind of an odd question, but is there anything you can do to START your period. (NOT for the first time)
Because I'm leaving for vacation Saturday, and I was hoping to have it before vacation. It was supposed to start today, but I'm usually somewhat irregular. Is there anything that can be done to make it come sooner?
Also, are swollen breasts a sign that it's coming? I've noticed they've been a bit swollen and sore for the past two days or so.

Swollen breasts are, for me, a definite sign that my period is coming so I'd expect its arrival in the next few days! Also, waiting or being anxious for my period ALWAYS delays it so try to take your mind off it and preoccupy yourself and I'm sure it'll arrive before you know it! Hope this helps x

yes it is a sign that it maybe coming or a sign that you maybe pregnant. i wish there was a way to make your period come sooner

There is no sure way to bring on your period in the short term. Breast soreness may indicate it is coming soon, though.

No, you can't make your period come at a certain time.

Yes, swollen or tender breasts are a sign of menstration.. but that's not absolutely guaranteed or anything.

swallen breast could mean you are pregnant.

Ummm...on this short of notice, no there is not anything you can do to make your period come by Saturday. Now, if you planned it months in advance, you could start a birth control pill or something so that you could not have your period during the week of your vacation (alot of people do this when they get married & go on their honeymoon for example). But that takes planning.

to answer your second question, swollen/tender breasts are usually a sign that it is coming soon. good luck...

Nope, it works on its own timetable
