I go to step and it feels like my legs are going to grind and shatter?!

Question: I haven't been eating, and when I go to jump off of something, it feels like my legs are going to shatter.

Is this normal?

What do you mean you havent been eating? Eating disorder? No this is not normal at all... get yourself to a doctor as soon as possible!

no and neither is not eating

What you are experiencing is not normal and could be symptoms of something like arthritis (an example only).

The only way to know for sure what's going on is to see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think could be going on.

Well, not eating isn't normal- so feeling like you're legs are going to break isn't either. Eat and it will go away. Not eating is retarded, you can't not eat forever- and when you do eat, you'll gain the weight back super fast. And if you just don't eat, you'll die, and there will have been no point in not eating @.<

yeh, i know what you mean, its not good though, get some food down you too!

xxx

no its not normal. you already answered your own question. you are not eating right. your body requires a balanced diet to function efficiently. get back to eating right and you will be fine.

this shouldnt be normal. and not eating also should not be normal. it is probably due to a lack of nutrition in your body.

hopefully, you will create a healthy diet and start eating again.
if you're not eating to lose weight you should remember your health is more important and you should take care of that first...
good luck!
