I need to lose about 7 inches off my waist, but my day is honestly packed!!?!


Question: i used to have a good body. of course that's when i slacked off in school and took time for breakfast in the morning, ignoring any detention i was given and walked the dog everyday sometimes twice a day. now i'm a junior and am paying for my lazy days. to get into the college i want, i was told (by admissions) that i need to do what im doing now: work my *** off to improve my gpa at least one point, im on the debate team, an active member of the drama club and leadership club and i have two volunteer jobs. now i'm so tired sometimes just from studying that i just relax when i get home. i sleep till the last possible second in the morning leaving maybe 30 seconds to possibly grab breakfast,im not allowed to eat in my 1,2,3,5,or 6th period classes, i'm so busy after school that there's no time to eat, i have no money to buy anything (no time for job and parents are barely filling the fridge), ive gone on birthcontrol, my dog died, and i gained 20 pounds! what can i do??!!

I'm a sophmore and I know what your going through.. Eat a salad for lunch.. its a dollar for like a head or two of lettuce.. then you just need dressing with is what 2 bucks and lasts a week.. for breakfast a piece of toast with peanut butter.. snack on carrot and things like that.. they are considered "negative" calories because digestion burns more calories then they actually are.. right before bed start with 15 crunchs and work your way up to 50-100 it will only take a few minutes so if you cant spare that then try to cut down in little things like shower time.. computer time (you had enough time to get on the computer and look at your answers in the time it took you to type that you could have done 30 crunches.. ) for dinner just eat right and eat small portions and only take a little at a time.. its all simple things like that

I have been on slimquick. I was very nervous about diet pills at first but I really like these ones. They work best with a lowfat diet and exercise but either way I feel great. It gives me more energy and I've lost a few inches already and I started 2 weeks ago. Good luck.

Lots of veggies and get off the carbs - carbs add pounds and inches. Walk wherever you can, instead of using elevators. Instead of lying on the couch to watch tv, exercise while you're watching.

But remember, you didn't gain it in a week, so you aren't going to lose it in a week. It'll take you a little longer to lose it than it did to gain it.
