It's not a problem, and I don't think it has anything whatsoever to do with you masturbating.

Some girls have larger labia, & some hang. It's normal, don't worry about it.

Using water for masturbation isn't weird, but how much pressure did you have on?? That's not physically possible...
However, it's skin, there's no way you can tighten it up. Usually you can tighten up your thighs or butt because there's muscle there.
Personally, if i saw that, I wouldn't believe you were a virgin. Also, I'd think you were just a really risky/experimental girl.
