You can, the pill is effective all the way through, even though the one week is just a placebo. If you are worried about it though, the stress of thinking about it might make sex awkward and it might not work as well. Use a condom for that week if you want to be certain certain.

I will still be careful. Birth pills takes a month to be use to your body. In the first month you will experience common side effects.I will still use condoms.
