I don't always get my period?!

Question: I don't always get my period every month. I used to be super regualar. I've had my period since I was 10 (I'm 19 now). I get some symptoms i.e. bloading, cramps, etc. But sometimes it just doesn't come. And I'm def. not prego. What do you think is going on? I can't afford a doctor... lol.

I wish I could help you, but there are so many potential reasons for an irregular period. Do you have strange eating habits (i.e. borderline eating disorders)? Do you exercise a TON (but you have to be a pretty hardcore athlete for this to really affect you)?

On the other hand, some people just have an irregular period, and that's that. My sister used to be that way. She might still be (I haven't talk to her about that for years). She's 32.

If you really can't afford a doctor, look for some online sources. There's a lot of medical information out there these days, but it's not easy to find the right answers. Anyway, try to find out all the possible sources for an irregular period, and then figure out if you match any of the reasons. That's my best guess.

Good luck!

if you excersize a lot you can skip periods. However, you still get bloating and cramps and all gross period issues, just no blood. If you don't excersize that much or aren't underweight than i dont' know what it could be. hope that helps!!
