Generally you ovulate in the middle of your cycle. For the normal 28 day cycle that would be day 14. You said you had a 34 day cycle once. Was it just once or is it that way all the time. If you have a regular 34 day cycle your ovulation day would probably be around day 17. But very few people have cycles that long.
