i guess i could be possible for you to be 'aroused' because they're down there, i think that you could actually get 'aroused" by either a man or woman, not that you're bi or nothing like that but i think that it's the fact that someone is touching you down there.
for example I've heard of cases when someone was on trial for rape, and the girl would say "he raped me" and the guy would say "it's not true, it was consensual, had an orgasm" well like 10-15 yrs ago they thought that she did agree to it (having sex) because of the fact that she had an orgasm. but later on it was determine that a female can actually be raped (which mean not willing to have sex with someone) yet still have an orgasm.
So that is why i would say that i think it's normal, and no you're not being a pervert.

You're being aroused because lets face it someone is touching your private parts and you're pretty open at that point. =) I Have in the past but now that I goto a woman I really don't feel aroused. It's not perverted either, just enjoy the fact that you've gotten over being scared to go (I'm assuming that because every woman I know was scared their first time putting their feet up in those cold stirrups)

I think it is probably normal, especially if you manage to relax. It has happened to me a few times, with different gynecologists (men and women)....

I don't know that it's common, but it's happened to me before... I can't help it I'm very easily aroused and having someone touching sensitive areas always makes me feel that way.
