I have a lump in my abdomen?!

Question: I'm not pregnant. I had my tubes tied 3 years ago and I haven't missed my period. I have a hard lump right below my belly button that just keeps getting bigger. It almost feels like I'm pregnant and I look about 4-5 months pregnant but I can't be. I have little flutters that feel like gas or butterflies. It's heavy and can move it up and down but it just won't go away.
Does anyone know what this could be?
I have had 2 children and I really don't think I'm pregnant but I do have polycystic ovaries. I've had it since I was 14 and nothing like this has ever happened before.

Hernias may move backwards and forwards freely...

May be fibroids, tumor, or cancer. Refer patient to gynecologist for full examination.
