Is breast augemtation better through the nipple or arm pit?!
Question: I have breast implants through the nipple. You can't see any scares, the dr. did a great job! I have another sister that went through the arm pit, she seems to be happy. I went under the muscle, trouble the nipple, and I did a small saline implant of 275. I would recommend going a little bigger then what feels right, reason being after you get them done, they are swollen, you get used to the size, the swelling goes down and they feel small. I would also recommend doing silicone if you are small and dont have much meat on you, they seem to be more natural looking, no rippling.

The belly button! Seriously, you don't see a scar that way.
I don't have them but I watched those surgery shows and the one through the belly button looked the best to me
well I like smaller breasts so I wouldn't do it at all. I am sure you look very pretty just the way you are.
I heard its better through the armpit because the scar isn't visible and it doesn't damage the nerves on the nipple (if you plan on breastfeeding).
i had mine done though the inframamary fold but ive heard the nipple is better than the arm pit.
Well, it depends on your body type but generally the more "natural" look is achieved by going under the muscle. When going through the nipple you risk losing sensation if not all of it. I would talk to your doctor about the pros and cons of each so that you can make an informed decision.
Sounds like the belly button is the way to go. If you do it through your nipple you can loose sensation so thats no fun and your armpits create two insertions verses the belly button is only one and not scar. No contest.
