No, according to the dictionary a virgin is someone who has never had intercourse. It has nothing to do with the hymen and I wish people would stop confusing all you youngsters about that! Don't worry about it, you are fine.

Hymens can be broken lots of ways, tampons, sports, etc. If you have not had intercourse, you are still a virgin.
If the hymen is broken by a penis, then you are not a virgin. Sports and other strenuous physical activities can break the hymen and you are still a virgin.

you have already been asured that you are still a virgin but what i will add is that one plus side of a hymen being broken is that when you do come to have intercourse, you will not get any bleeding from the hymen being broken. This can be a bit scary espesially when it happens to younger teenagers of similar in -experience.

Oh, and don't worry about seeing an OB/GYN. You're supposed to start seeing them once one of these two things happens--1) you start having sex; or 2) you turn 18 (or 21, I forgot, but it doesn't matter because by around that age, your doctors will start asking you if you've gone to see an OB/GYN).

So, unless you've actually had intercourse, or had someone of the opposite sex 'in' you down there, then you are still a virgin. Give oral still makes you a virgin. There's no such thing as 'half-virgin'. Lol. There's virgin and non-virgins.

no, because one way your hymen can be broken is by a tampon, when you hit your period. and that doesn't count because you haven't really had anything like sex. mine is soon to be broken (getting my period in about a few days....am pretty sure) and i will still be a virgin because i've never had sexual contact or sex. overall, i am just saying no. you would still be a virgin.
