well sounds like you're making friend here. ;) But really go see a consult with a dr and he'll tell you the best way to help you.
My gf had her breasts down to her knees after three kids so she got implants and it worked for her to get the implants and raise the girls up. But your dr will tell you what's best for you.
I'm almost sure it would make a different but them your boobs would be heavier and create more sagging... if you going to go through surgery might as well just do it right the first time and be happy with the result for a lot longer time
