Whats the best medicine to get rid of menstrual cramps?!

3 ibprofin, water, and yoga.
Take midol or pamprin. Purchase a heating pad and place it on your stomach, or take a nice warm bath. Stretching/exercising always helps me too.
MIDOL
3-4 tabs of ibuprofen, Advil, or Motrin (600-800mg) all at once. You can take this up to 3 times a day.
Pamprin is the best OTC med i have found. some people prefer midol or just regular tylenol. Vicoden works best of me though! but is not usually perscribed for cramps

Midol. It really works. Trust me, I have more symtoms than just cramps, and Midol takes care of all of them!
I'm going with Midol, it always works for me.
