During your sleep cycle, genital arousal is a natural result of dreaming. Any kind of dreams can do this to you, even nightmares. It happens to everyone, whether they acknowledge it or not, so you have nothing to worry about. It's perfectly normal.

pantiliner?

sorry, i don't know much to stop what happens while you're asleep.
im not sure if there really is a way to control that..

masturbate.

u should ask a doc. or get dipers or ask ur mom or dad or go to a pedatrichon !

It's probably normal. I mean guys get nighttime emissions and stuff and I think studies have shown that women have nighttime orgasms too (not as often as men though). If it keeps bugging you, you might go to your gynecologist. You could wear a pantyliner at night but that doesn't sound very comfortable.
