Question: last week i got discharge for the first time. it looked pretty normal. but i havent gotten it since. is this normal? was it really discharge that you get a year or so before your period? btw im 12 and like 15-20 pounds underweight (if that has anything to do w/ it)

yup yup- its perfectly normal, i promiss you you will get used to it, all the gils here have experienced it when they were around that age- including me yes^^, you usually get in a little while before your period, and you still get it in between, anyways its basiccly just a warning to prepare your body for your actual periode- once again i promiss you will get used to it and don;t worry about it at all!!!
you will get discharge for 6-12 months until your period starts. it happens :(
Many women get discharge many times a week, as it is a normal occurrance. It is clear and sort of white? If so, then you have nothing to worry about.
If you have any further concerns, however, then I think you might be best off talking to your mother or doctor about it.

before i got my peroid i noticed i had a lot of discharge.
don't sweat about it, you're weight may possibly effect your menstural flow but you have up to a year to deal with that

i usually discharge a little, but not enough that i really notice. the two weeks or so before my period though, my discharge amount increases dramatically. I wouldn't worry about it. Discharge is just the vagina's way of cleaning its self out.
