Just as long as you take your pill daily and around the same time you should be fine, you have enough built up in your system. If you miss a pill take it as soon as you remember and then take the one for that day on schedule. If you haven't gotten your period yet, it usually occurs on about the third to fourth day of starting your sugar pills. Also remember to take the sugar pills, there are iron supplements in them, which helps a women from becoming anemic. Also if you want to switch the time that you take a pill, you can do that. I used to take mine in the morning, but now I take them at night. If you want to wait until your new pack to switch the time, then you can do that as well. As for pregnancy...it is not likely at all the you can become pregnant. Good luck!!

I just started Loestrin 24 a month ago. I had break-through bleeding which was almost like a period in the middle and I didn't really get a period when I was supposed to. I had slight bleeding but it hardly filled a tampon. It might just be your body getting use to the pill. You should start your period while you are on the brown pills. So if you haven't started those yet, don't worry. If I was you, I would your a back-up method of birth control (condoms) until your period become regular on the pill.
