How should I give myself a breast massage?!

Question: I've heard many great things about breast massages, as it helps naturally enhance them and make them firmer. How should I go about doing it though? Do I go in a counter-clockwise circle around the whole area? I heard that once, but I'm not certain if it's true. Should I do little circles all around with the tips of my fingers? Or put my fingers together and sort of rub and squeeze at the same time? How hard should I do it? [Also, please refrain from any pervy comments, as this is a serious question.]
Thank you

Hi,

Have a look at this site:

www.living-with-large-breasts.com

Follow the Breast Care link.

It gives a step-by-step for breast massage and there are lots of other bits of information particularly for women with large breasts.

Cheers,
Billieann

I would use all of your fingers and just sqeeze the whole thing with everything you got. Just get right in there and sqeeze and rub and massage i do it all the time sometimes i lick them to make them wet so it makes it more fun and slippery.

You want to massage them somewhat firm but not hard. i dont think it matters how you massage it.
