Period? *_* For Girls/Women only please!?!

Question: I am 11 1/2 and I'm getting pain and soreness 3 inches below my belly button and my mini-breasts are doing that too. I'm also getting very moody, but I go through mood swings all the time, am I going to have my period soon?

Yes, it sounds like you're ready to go very soon. Do you have some pads? It looks like you're going to need them.
It's not like this all the time, it just feels worse right before your ready to menstruate. The worse you feel the more likely it' s coming soon. Don't let that upset you, you can learn to adjust and find those things that help make you feel better.
I like a nice walk when I start to cramp. It's something that will help me relax and the adrenaline rush helps relieve my anxiety.
You may start to feel terribly thirsty. That's another sign. Try and stay calm and only drink a little at a time. You don't want to bloat too much, it will make you feel worse. Be wary of fruit juice and salads. The fiber can absorb water and make for cramps also, although a little bit might help make you retain a bit of water and push you over the edge so you start. You need to bloat. If I can't, I find myself being later and later as I struggling with it. You need that water to flush it out. Don't worry, you'll get back to feeling like your old self again in a few days.
Make a note of the day you start and the number of days you do it. When the next month starts, you'll want to know how many days you have between episodes. Just starting out, you can be very irregular and unpredictable so if you adhere to a regular routine every month you will be glad to have a sense of something predicable, something you can be sure of.
Don't upset yourself over angry words and moody thoughts. Everybody does that. Don't let it make you feel like you're all alone. We all get a little crazy. Try and just be yourself. If there's something you really like to do when you have fun, do it. Don't let this make you sit around the house and pout the whole time. Find a comedy and laught it up. It will help soothe you down and make you forget your troubles, although that can be hard to do while you're feeling like crud.
Hang in there. You're just starting to learn the ropes. In time, you get used to it. Then, it will seem much easier. I hope this helps you.

You might. You know when you execise hard or do something that's hard on your muscles, and the next day your muscles feel all cramped up?Does the pain in your stomach feel sort of like that? If so, you might be getting your period.

It is likely so keep prepared, carry a sanitary towel or tampon so that you dont get caught short and look after yourself in order to keep those nasty hormones from getting the better of you with the period blues. A healthy diet can be very important but chocolate induces endorphins which create happiness!

However bear in mind that as you are going through puberty your hormones are going to be yoyoing up and down anyway so it could potentially just be teenage growings.
Be prepared anyway!
