Do vaginal tightening gels work?!

Question: i want to get tighter, im not lose its just that my bf is 4inchs and well im use to 8+, its just my preferance. i do kegal excersices already just for my overall health. i wanted to know if anyone has used this type of gel/cream? and if the work? and if they did which one did u get?

keep doing exercises, it takes time, gels wont work
