Will over the counter prenatal pills help?!
Question: Im not pregnant but im anemic and lack some of my essential vitamins...I've noticed that my hair kinda stopped growing and my nails also stopped growing... I dont think im getting the right amount of vitamins from my One A day... some one told me prenatal pills made their hair and nails grow...Do you think over the counter prenatal pills will be as effective?

If you are anemic, you need iron! Not all vitamins include iron.
They should be helpful.
You should also have a multi-mineral, I'm not sure if those prenatal vitamin include those or not.
