Kind of Itchy?!
Question: I'm 16 and occasionally my nipples get itchy, but it feel's like it's beneath the skin.
I've heard it could be from stretching or growing.
Is this true?
If not, what could it be?

your breast tissue is outgrowing your nerve endings and they are breaking and then reattaching that's what causes the tingle/itch. yeah your boobs are getting bigger

that's true. but your skin might also just be dry. try some lotion.
Not sure... but i know that itch that you can't scratch for some reason.. I hate! it always happens on my left arm!
that area of the skin is very sensitivem it could be the fabric of the bra youre wearing or it can even be the detergent you use to wash your clothes.
Yep, perfectly normal. Could be a number of things like detergent in your clothes, the type of fabric in ur bra, that time around your period, could be just dry skin, or your only 16, you could still be growing. All are very viable possibilies. I would rule out and experiment if it's really a big issue :)
