Pregnancy?!
Question: i have been feeling really sick lately and 2 days after my period was meant to be due I started getting brownish discharge but VERY light. Also last night I woke up around 2am with extremely painful stomach pains it felt like something was stabbing me from the inside it lasted for about an hour then stopped. Today I've been feeling incredibly sick not vomiting but feels like im going to and my stomach is very tight and tender. also have been eating alot more
Do you have any ideas what it could be?

the brownish discharge could be old blood.
Have you taken a pregnancy test?
If you are pregnant it could be just a bit of movement in your cervix or
It could be signs of an early miscarriage. Or a threatened miscarriage.
I don't know that you would be hungrier at this stage. what you may feel is nauseated. go buy you an ept home pregnancy test. they have them everywhere.
