Is it possible for a girl, not to have periods (menses) for her entire life?!

Question: Most women with a Body Mass Index of less than 15 have amenorrhea, the absence of menses. Very athletic women (gymnasts, dancers, distance runners) and very thin women have too little body fat to produce the hormones necessary for menses. If a women stayed in this condition from pre-puberty to post-menopause, then yes, she would never have a period.

Probably. That would be really lucky!

Typically there would be another underlying health issue that would prevent her from not ovulating and having her monthly cycle.

Yes, there are a few diseases that would prevent a woman from ever having her period. I can't remember what they're called, but they stop you frome ver having kids too.

It is possible, but i would be concerned if you want kids. It might be a little more serious if you do. Should consult a doctor to make sure there is nothing out of the ordinary.

It's possible, but not normal. This would indicate some sort of medical condition that needs to be evaluated.

Yes, if she died young, was overweight, didn't have an uterus or hormones, or got birth control before she started.

No not naturally, there will be an underlying cause. When I was 13 I had my period and never again till I was 16 and it was for 2 weeks, I went to the doctor and learned I had endometreosis and cysts in my ovaries. If you're not getting your period regularly, don't make the mistake I made and see your doctor right away!!
