It is a very intense feeling, a pleasureable numbness throughout your body. Also, a clear sign is that you will feel a contraction in your pelvic muscles for a minute or so and then relaxation afterwards. Clitoris may be sensitive afterwards.

Shivery isn't the word I would use to describe it. It's amazing. There is no other feeling that I have ever had to describe it. It's unmistakeable if you have one. The first time I had one I was confused about the feeling, but I knew it was an orgasm because it was EXTREMELY pleasurable.
