What's happening to my body right now?!

Question: Ok, for the past two years I've suffered from an eating disorder. I've went to theripst/doctors but I relized that the only person to change me, is me. So now that It's springbreak I've taken the liberity to let myself eat WHATEVER I want...lol sorry but it feels good to say that.

The only thing is I have eaten a LOT the past few days. A lot of things that I've limited myself from. I'm 5 ft 6 and I weigh about 108 pounds (my dad wants me to get to a healthy 120) and I was wondering with all the saturated fats that I'm putting in my body/other things I haven't had what's happening to my body right now? I'm also 15 years old and my period hasen't came back for 2 years. Is all this eating helping me any? Or should I increase the little exercise that I let myself do. Or anything eles??
I'd say I'm getting about 3,000 calories a day right now with alll the stuff I'm letting myself eat!!!!!!

It's great that you changed. I think that's amazing, and hats off to you!

Eat whatever you want. Your body has been deprived of the nutrients that it's needed, so it's probably going to be on overload, but that's fine. It won't hurt, it just may hurt your tummy from eatting so much! That's good though, because it's streching and that's what you want. Exercise is good, too. That will help you build muscle, and muscle weighs more than fat. Sounds like you are doing everything you need to be...

I'm 5'4" and I only weigh 108 pounds... I just have a fast metabolism... But I love food, so I know exactly where you are coming from! Lol. Just do what you've been doing. You are a great example for girls struggling with an eating disorder.

well, i kno where ur coming from, and maybe there is a chance u wont get ur period back, but i think it takes time, so just hoold through it and be helathy
