No. The earliest sign of a pregnancy, on transvaginal ultrasound, would be the gestational sac, within the uterus. This cannot be seen until at least 4 weeks after conception. Prior to this fourth week, the pregnancy is too small to be seen on ultrasound. A fetal pole (the embryo) cannot be seen until at least 6 weeks after conception (which is the same as post-conception).
"The gestational sac is the earliest sonographic finding in pregnancy.....The gestational sac first appears at about 4 weeks gestational age.....A mass of fetal cells, separate from the yolk sac, first becomes apparent on transvaginal ultrasound just after the 6th week of gestation."
