Throbbing vagina after sex...?!

Question: I just had sex with my bf about 10 min ago(im on the pill btw), and this time my whole "you know what" started throbbing. It has also started going itchy since the sex. Could I be allergic to something on his penis. (didnt wear a condom btw, and I know I dont have an STI, and neither does he)

The itching sounds like it is either a yeast infection developing or it could be that you are sensitive to the soap your bf uses. The throbbing (if you mean throbbing pain) could from not being excited enough before hand, not enough lubrication, or your bf being too rough. If the itching continues or you get throbbing pain after every time you have sex with your bf I would go to the gynecologist and have her examine you and do some cultures. I hope you find a solution.

you may be getting a yeast infection. It happens sometimes if you have a lot of sex (due to a pH inbalance). Try some Monistat cream. Either that, or you just don't have enough lubrication... try some KY jelly or other lube next time.

Could be getting an infection.

However... I've had the same thing happen when they are really pounding away. If that is it, it'll go away in a few minutes.

dont worry

thanks for sharing this info with us..

Throbbing is normal after sex, all part of having an orgasm, not every woman feels that, so enjoy it!! But, really the throbbing should be as you are finishing sex, not really 10 minutes later.

But the itching doesnt sound normal, that could be something irritating your skin from his penis, but if it continues you really should ask your doc.

Im sure your doc will advise you, good luck :)

hhmmmm......did you lose the viberator in there?

I've had that after enthusiastic sex too, I don't think it means anything. However, I am concerned when anyone is taking the pill. Read the following and it will explain, in part, why I don't like it: It is our body
