Is it okay to take all these vitamins together?!
Question: Everyday with breakfast I take all these vitamins. I've been doing it for a long time with no problems...just curious if I'm doing my body any good or not??
500mg of Cinnamon (for sugar metabolism since my family has a long history of diabetes I have a high chance of getting it) - 1 capsule
500mg of Vitamin C (immune health) - 1 pill
50mg of Zinc (immune health) - 1 pill
1000mcg of Biotin (hair, skin, nails) - 1 pill
99mg of Potassium (heart and circulation) - 1 pill
1680mg of Cranberry (since I've had a couple UTIs and kidney infections in the past) - 1 softgel

From the list you have comprised here I not see any harm in taking them and you are taking them within recommended ranges. However, I am assuming you are a healthy individual and is not taking other medications. Zinc, potassium and Cranberry can interact with certain medications.
Well there vitamins, I don't know how it could be bad for you.
better see your physician and have a thorough medical lab test so u will get the professional advice you most needed...
