Hard, itchy nipples, almost to the point of pain?!
Question: they've been like this for a couple of weeks. i hate to be blunt, but my husband can't even touch them during sex or anytime for that matter cause they're that bad. no new laundry detergent, no new soap, no new bra type. hormones could be related, my period is late, but i'm used to that cause it seems to skip a month sometimes. 2 negitive preg tests, no other symptoms. i just want it to stop!!!! please help...

this is going to sound weird, but trust me it will help! sometimes mine just hurt, especially when i'm about to start my period - to the point where my boyfriend can't touch them. take two large band-aids and cover your nipples with them, then put on a sports bra. trust me it makes them feel so much better! that way they're not rubbing against anything, like your bra or your shirt. hope this helps!
might have a yeast infection, try putting some monostat cream on them. the kind for vaginal yeast infections.
