Question: I suffer very much from pms, experiencing tiredness , apathy, tearfulness, anger etc., four days before my menses.

I am currently on diuretics to help but as anyone got anything that really helps? I mean ideas! thanks

you could have PMDD, call your gyno, they can offer you more information

Have you talked to your doctor about it?

Do you take birth control? I find that when I'm on birth control I tend to balance out my moods a little bit better, but I know that the effect is different for everyone.

Change your diet. Increase calcium and magnesium through out the month. Get enough exercise, walking is a good.

i tend to keep my mind on other things
i dont really pms i kind of loose my sences and do things for no reason
so i try tjo stay calm stay away from to much comotion i mean like i stay away from like having too much fun
stay away from others drama
and exersize that really helps alot ~!

when i was younger i suffered from the same thing, and my periods were very very heavy. im not sure if this will help you but this is what i used to do. i used to do loads of exercises for the abdomen. this made my body stronger and a bit of chocolate. chocolate is associated with releasing the happy hormone which may help with the anger and try to get a lot of rest. good luck and i hope it helps you:)
