My sis is tryin to lose weight, so I got her to stop eatting fast food but?!


Question: In 3days she has gain'd over 5lbs. But when she was getting just fast food, she gain'd 5lbs in 3weeks. What went wrong with my idea?

Food isnt the only factor, she needs to work out. The fastest way to work out is cardio (anything that gets your heart rate up for at least 30 mins) and weight training, the more muscle you have the more fat you burn

she's probably eating more of the healthy food than she should to make up for the lack of sugars and fats that her body is going through by quitting fast food cold turkey.

forcing her to not eat what she is used to eating causes depression because they cannot satisfy there need for junk food thats why she gained.

shes sneaking food!! or maybe binge eating or eating during the night. its a good plan but losing weight doesnt happen in matter of days it takes months and even years

Fast food is one of the reason, but she have stop eating thing that contain a lot of fat. Just have her reduce her meal to 1/3 than ususally do.

Her gaining weight has nothing to do with giving up fast food. She is obviously gaining it from somewhere else!

These are a few suggestions!:

I dont know the cause of her gaining weight but its not only about leaving fast food, its about leaving junk food all together. Get her into healthy eating and do plenty of excercise. You have to also make sure that she drinks plenty of water. She will need some support so also help by eating the same things that she is eating.
She would have to drink 3 water bottles a day IF SHE CAN. If she is doing all of the above, the first week she will loose water weight.

BEFORE DOING ALL OF THIS YOU HAVE TO CHECK WITH HER DOCTOR AND SEE WHAT HER NEEDS ARE!
