i am also 5'2" and weigh 105 pounds and i'm 17 (18 in may)
and i think that is a good weight, however i do think that 97 is cutting it a little close
and the having more energy thing doesn't really have to do with gaining weight, it just has to do with whether or not you are healthy
because if you eat a lot of junk food you'll gain weight, but you won't have more energy because the fatty foods will slow you down and make you feel tired
so just eat healthy and your energy should improve
like fruits and vegetables
and i also like eating energy bars too (not energy drinks like red bull and monster, those are gross and bad for you), they give you protein and vitamins. i especially like Power Bar Harvest- Oatmeal Raisin Cookie because they taste better than other kinds

Well i think your at a healthy weight for your height.

And to gain muscle with out fat is exercise. Do 25 crunches and 25 sit-ups everyday. Or lift weights. Just stuff like that

Depending on your eating habits your metabolism will react to your advantage/disadvantage, so watch what you eat, watch, not limit, and work out without burning it all off cause then you'll just go right back down again. I believe that the weights you juggle with are the best for you. My advise to feel more energetic would be at least 8 hrs of sleep with a good none greasy list of meals and your set!

Weight is a different thing from fat and muscle remember. Weight is your overall mass combined with gravity. But some good exercises would help, and get a swiss ball to work on stomach and leg muscles

Your recommended weight is between 104 and 137 lbs. [This recommendation is based on a Body Mass Index (BMI) range of 19-25.]

Your current Body Mass Index is 17.7 kg/m^2.

For your height and age you can weigh up to 120 to 125 lbs.
