I don't know if there is any documented evidence, but I do know it is possible to elect to have one thse days. My sister in law did.

yes i know the numbers have gone up as women are opting for a section rather than giving birth but they don't realise that its major abdominal surgery and takes a long time to heal.
I was lucky and gave birth to my son myself yes it was hard and hurt like hell but within minutes i was up and about.
