Women with PCOS or if you know about it?? help please?!

Question: I just found out I have PCOS yesterday... What are my chances of becoming pregnant now? :(
I was put on the pill for 6 months, and then I can come off of it.
When I stop taking it, because I now have PCOS, what are my chances of EVER having another baby??
Please help. What can I expect having this disease??

My friend has PCOS. She and her husband tried to have a baby for a couple of years naturally with no success. That prompted her to the go the DR and get it checked out. Thats when they diagnosed her with PCOS. They put her on a special medication (not birth control) that corrected the PCOS or whatever it affects and with the help of a fertility DR, she was able to conceive and deliver a healthy baby girl. I can't remember the name of the medication she was put on.
