Im 21 years old an have a Hormonal Imbalance?!

Question: Growing black hairs where i shouldnt..
Gettin red bumps all over me that looks like pimples but aint cause they are smaller an they wont pop...
Is there something i can take to help this or???....

Okay I dont know about the black hair thing but the red bump that look at pimples sound like moluscum( which can be passed sexually or non sexually ) I think you can go to the clinic and that freeze um off.......
