18 years old, 34DDD, will exercising make my breasts sag?!

Question: I am 5'6" and I weigh 133 pounds. I know I am not fat.

I want to get better toned and lose my little bump of belly fat and some of the fat in my breasts.

But...will exercise make my breasts sag, or could it make my breasts look better?

I think the exercising route I'm going to take is the practice of bodybuilding. I am not going to become a bodybuilder--but I read that the bodybuilding exercises are the most effective way for women to get toned and lose fat.

Thanks to all who have good intentions in their answers. =]

no your breasts won't sag. they may even end up looking better because you will also be toning the muscles underneath your breasts. wear a good bra and you will be fine!

Breasts sag due to gravity. As long as you have those puppies supported to the max, you should be OK.

34 DDD!!! u just need good support. good good support.

Breasts sag due to gravity.

Your breasts MAY shrink, depending if they are more fatty tissue or more dense tissue.

they will be fine with exercise until you decide on having kids than they will sag. is your back killing you?
