Change the types of pads you use.

Always is a commercial pad brand, this means that they are made with plastics, synthetics, gel-core and chemicals - all of which could be causing you irritation.

The plastics and synthetics will be stopping air getting to your groin so making you moist which as well as irritating means you are at increased risk of yeast infections that may make you itchier.

The gel-core and chemicals as well as affecting vaginal pH that can also mean an increased risk of infection these can also cause an alergic reaction or sensitivity - they don't tell you on the pack what chemicals are used but even if you are not alergic to anything else this may be causing your irritation.

Change to either organic pads or cloth pads.

Organic pads are just the same as commercial pads but they are made from 100% cotton and do not contain any chemicals. These can be bought from most stores including places like Boots, the most popular brands are Cottons and Natracare.

Cloth pads are reusable pads made from cloth, they come in various different styles from belts like Reddy's to normal pads and padded panties like Lunapads. These are made from cotton fabric and fleece, they are very soft and basically feel like your underwear.

If it is scented Throw THEM AWAY NOW. The scent seems to irritate that area. if it is not scented use a different brand or try tamons. Just remember to change the tampon every hour or so. Don't want to you to get Toxic Shock Symdrome.

I would keep trying different brands. Another problem would be hidden Diabetes. Whether that runs in your family or not, you should ask your doctor for a blood test as itching in that area is one of the signs. If neither of those are the problem, I would ask to see a Dermatologist as there is a condition that is caused by hair follicles that are turned inside out and I can't think of the name of that, right now, but it causes itching also. They provide a prescribed cream. Good Luck!

check and see if its the deoderant one those can make some girls very un comfy. Or tampons cause those are more comfy girl. Just try another brand too if all else fails.

Try another brand, I am not keen on always because you never feel completely dry if you know what I mean, and I have really heavy periods so it is important that the pad is absorbant enough. I think that the problem may be with the lining used on the pad, I recommend kotex esp if you have heavy periods, I have tried loads of different brands and have found these to be the best for me. If all else fails try using a tampon.
