Gain stomach muscles and eventually your abs will burn that tummy fat. Do about 100-200 crunches a day varying the muscles you are working. Lay on your back and prop up your knees, and switch off doing about 16 normal, then 16 to one side, 16 to the other side, 16 with your feet raised straight up, 16 with a straddle, and then 16 normal again. If you change up the position of your legs you work different muscles. To target the lower abs..... lay on your back and and lift your legs together up to a 90 degree angle and lower them down slowly until they are about 6 inches off the floor and then raise them again. Do about 20-30 of these each day. To target your love handles, lay on the floor with your knees up like you are about to do a sit-up. Then go for a sit up, but only come up half way. Your upper body should be at about a 45 degree angle from the floor. Now cross your arms over your chest and twist your upper body from side to side. You should feel a burn in your sides!

You may not see immediate results, because you have to build muscle before the muscle burns fat, but it DOES work!! Good Luck girl! I hope you look hotter one of these days!!!

there is this one excersise that helps your abs its called the leg lift and you lay on your back straight [on a flat surface] and you lift your legs[both at the same time] to about three inches or so and hold it for about 10 seconds [repeatedly] ...you could really feel it working in your stomach

Exercise, exercise, EXERCISE!!!!!! Cardio is a great fat blaster, and do lots and lots of strength training, too. Swimming, running, dancing, DDR/Wii Sports--anything to get your blood pumping and skin sweating! For strength, I'd do abdominal stuff...you know, sit ups and planks. its crucial to not spot train, which usually yields poor results.

Just lose the fattening foods and join a gym but it will take time and patience and a strong will but you will be happy with the results.

Lie on your back and move your legs as if you are riding a cycle ...
