Help this is so annoying for me to deal with all the time?!


Question: okay so im 17 and im a regular girl and w/e k so anyways for like a year and a half or so ive had a problem "down there" everytime im walking or something or sneeze it feels liek i pee, this even happens after i go to the bathroom and it just comes out my doctor said just keep doing this thing where i hold in my pee for 20 seconds when im in the bathroom going pee but i cant even hold it for 2 seconds if im already peeing. sometimes its almost like im "wet" even tho nothing is turning me on or anything its really annoying and its always bugging me so even sometime i have to use a tampon and it doesnt bother me all day i dont know why this is but yeah anyone know why or have any help for me?

Your doc is on the right track. You need to hold the urine in for as long as you can. This involves exercising your pubo-cogcigeous muscle. Sorry about the spelling. It is the sphincter-like muscle that closes and opens as you exercise it. Our human control over it is tenuous but it is the muscle that needs to the the focus for the improvement of the condition.

Onelm0 is right you need to do that when you go to pee and when your just sitting around and you don't have to pee once you have emptied your bladder that helps to strengthen your muscles because sounds like they are week. Wear a panty liner and do as your doctor suggest to work out that muscle.
