No physical changes. Might increase acne, I do believe. You'll get mood swings too.

Puberty usually consists of.... getting taller, boobs getting bigger, period, pubic hair, hair on legs can start growing in black, oily face, sweat more, and hormones increase. Basically you are becoming a women emotionally and physically. Your body is physically changing into a women who can have children, and you will soon get all those emotions that go along with it.
