Should i get my period this month??!

Question: i got my first period a couple months ago, then i had it a month later, then a month and a 1/2 later, people say its because i'm an athlete, but anyways, i'm supposed to go away for the week, and i'm exped to get my period when we leave, should i get it this month.. i worked out prolly harder than last month because track season started

should i get it this month??

and is there any way to hold it off for a couple days??

Hi,
I have also been in this same situation.
I'm pretty sure you have heard that exercise does affect when your period comes, especially if you have been working as hard as you say. Track does take a toll on when your period comes, I remember for me one month I didn't have my period at all from all of the exercise.
Really your period is unpredictable by anyone but yourself really.
There is a possibility and it's more-likely that you will get your period when you go away for a week. So all you can do is prepare either way it goes. Bring pads or tampons for when you go away.
& I'm sure there is no possible way to hold off your period for a couple days, (unless you use that special kind-of birth control that makes you have only 3 periods a year, but I wouldn't reccomend that, lol.) hahahaha, if so, everyone woman would be out there wanting to know how to do so!
As Always says,
Have a happy period! :P
Kay

it may com just be prepared but there are certain pill that i have taken before that trocks your body into thinking you have already had it. you take like three pills a day for the time you dont want it
ask your docter if that is really necessary though

hope i helped =]

When you first start getting your period it is quite often irregular and you may or may not get it. Be prepared take some pads along with you, where pantyliners just incase.
